Above includes cottage drain down, hot water tank drain down, pump drain down. Plumbing antifreeze where required(traps, toilets and dishwasher). Shut down propane appliances.
Spring Start Up $75.00
Prime pump, fill hot water tank and check operation, check for leaks.
We endeavour to do our best to not have repairs at start up but we cannot be responsible for incorrectly sloped and incorrectly installed pipes and equipment. We also cannot be responsible for ageing and worn equipment.(foot valves, pumps, polypipe)
Repairs will be performed at our labour rate of $60.00 per hour. Larger and costlier components of the water system such as pumps and pressure tanks will be replaced with customer authorization only.
