Harcourt Park Marina actively pursues avenues to be as environmentally friendly as possible and is Clean Marine certified.  Shrink wrap is transported to a recycling facility, boats are fogged on land using muffs to prevent harmful chemicals and oils entering our lakes, all oils and contaminants are recycled, batteries and filters are recycled, and we use the best environment rated products whenever possible.

All fuel filters and oil for oil injection 2-stroke engines will incur extra costs.  All red tanks will be emptied to prevent issues related to ethanol in gasoline.  All permanent gasoline tanks will be filled to prevent condensation.  This gasoline will be in addition to the set winterization pricing structure.  If you do not want your permanent tank filled you must provide prior notification and we cannot be responsible for water related problems at start up should they occur.

Trailer repairs and tire replacement will be performed where necessary and additional charges will apply.   Trailers require a stand to prevent risk of injury to marina staff.

We are no longer able to offer free pick up and delivery due to the high cost of gasoline, vehicle maintenance and labour.  Should you require pickup and delivery additional charges may apply.

All payments are due on date of contracted service.  All storage requires the completed signed contract.

WE REQUIRE 2 WEEKS NOTICE PRIOR TO LAUNCH – THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.  You will be able to request launch directly from our website as well as email and telephone and we will send you reminder emails.  Booking early as possible ensures you won’t be disappointed.   All boats will be unwrapped and cleaned commencing April first by demand and then until everything is clean.  This is a one time clean so if you are late picking up your boat may not be as pristine as when it was first cleaned.   Because we recycle all shrink wrap we have a limited time period to gather the wrap for the recycler,

We recognize that some customers have older boats that may not require the works.  We have set up a three tier system for older boats with older 2 stroke engines.

Storage with engine service, no bottom wash, no spring clean - $33.00 per foot*, pontoons $37.00 per foot.

*Our complete storage package minus bottom wash and clean in spring.

Storage with shrink wrap only - $29.00 per foot**, pontoons $33.00 per foot.

**Wrap and store only, no engine service, boat must be delivered on trailer, marina is not responsible for battery and must be removed.  No bottom wash, no spring clean, no launch in spring.  We will not be responsible for any mechanical issues encountered in spring.

Recommendations will be made on the final invoice for work that required and regular maintenance to insure a trouble-free season.  Several insurance companies are making claims decisions based on service record and may deny coverage based on this.  We are happy to provide your records to you.

If you own a stern drive you should have a transom service every 3 to 5 seasons.  An automatic bilge pump is a necessity and you should have a battery in good condition which stays fully charged when accessories are off.

If you choose to remove lines and fenders (ropes and bumpers) and they are not delivered back to us before the required launch date, we will install new ones at your cost.   We are not responsible for personal items left on board.
